Join Kim Richardson, certified yoga therapist and sound therapy practitioner, for this immersive restorative yoga + sound bath experience. In celebration of the winter solstice (the longest night of the year), participants will practice deep rest and stillness, as are gently guided through a deeply relaxing sound experience using instruments such as crystal and himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes, gongs and more. Benefits include increased calm and relaxation, and decreased stress and anxiety.
Contraindications: Some individuals are particularly sensitive to sound and can experience adverse effects. Sound baths are not suggested for pregnant persons in their 1st trimester, individuals with thrombosis, individuals with sound sensitivity, individuals with heart conditions or pacemakers, and individuals who experience seizures.
